I have the credit label debt of 5,called the collectors & asked them if i could have the monthly remuneration though the join forces with i talked with offering to give me 0 to solve the debt,so of march i burst during the offer,but i told her which it’ll have to be upon my subsequent paycheck given i do not have the income right divided i gave them the check with my routing & checking comment # ,so afterwards comes the day, which they were suspect 2 take it out of my checking account,i waited past the days,2 to 3 days,then the week & the half.so by which time i indispensable the income to compensate my rent,food,& 4 my toddler.so i used it & afterwards the couple of days went by, the summary from my bank sensitive me which the returned check was done due to deficient fund(of march it was deficient i used it given the pick up group didn’t take it off my bank, i indispensable the money), i called the group & spoke with the same lady & she wasn’t unequivocally good & didn’t wish to renegotiate wants me to compensate it as you agreed.
i longed for to compensate it though she’s not giving me the approach to compensate it off.And she’s similar to observant which if i do not compensate it, she’ll have it sent for litigation.it’s not similar to i’m using divided from my debt.I was meditative of perplexing to speak with the diffrent chairman who’ll be peaceful to come to terms with me as well as assimilate where my incident is.Pls. assistance what should i do?! we do not wish this upon justice when i know i can compensate it off!T_T
